The problem
Applying across states is a paperwork season of its own.
- Eleven portals, eleven logins.
- Every state has its own rules, windows, and account quirks.
- Deadlines that don't forgive.
- Miss one by a day and the season is decided for you.
- Opaque fees.
- Application, license, point, and tag costs are rarely shown together.
- “Did my app go through?”
- No confirmation, no status, no one to ask.
How it works
A single process, run start to finish.
- 01
Set the hunt
Species, states, points on hand, and the timing you actually want to hunt.
- 02
Match tag paths
We map species, weapon, and residency against each state's apply windows and seasons — anywhere in the country, and you approve every filing.
- 03
Apply with confidence
We prepare and file; you approve every application before it goes in.
- 04
Track every outcome
Status by state, results as they land, and the next step spelled out.

Who you work with
A named tag advisor, not a ticket queue.
Every plan is assigned to one advisor who reads the regulations, prepares your applications, and answers when something looks off. We cover all 50 states — East, Midwest, South, and West — so one intake covers your whole season, wherever you plan to hunt.
State fees stay separate and visible.

Fee flow
Two bills, and you see both.
You pay us
The package fee: strategy, requirement research, application prep, filing support, and status tracking through results.
Example: 3 states — $199, flat, no per-application markup.
You pay states
Licenses, application fees, point fees, and tag fees go to the agency. Itemized for your approval before anything is submitted.
Example: CO elk non-resident app + qualifying license, listed line by line.
We confirm payment method before filing — no surprise charges.
Questions
Before you hand over the paperwork.
How do you handle deadlines?
We track each state's application window for your species and paths, and work backward: documents and decisions are due to us well before the agency cutoff. You get reminders, and your advisor confirms in writing once an application is filed.
Whose name is on the tag?
Yours. Every application is filed in the hunter's own name using their own account and credentials handling — we prepare and support the filing, we never become the license holder.
What happens to my preference or bonus points?
You tell us what you have; we verify against your state accounts where possible and build the plan around them. Points-only years are a supported path — sometimes the right move is to bank, not to burn.
What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. We'll make it easy.
Can you apply for family together?
Yes. Group and party applications are supported where the state allows them, and family members on the same hunt plan get 50% off their annual plan. After the primary hunter pays, your advisor gives a unique code — not a public word.
OTC or draw — how do you decide?
We compare draw odds against your points and dates, then keep an OTC or raffle path as a backstop so you have a tag in hand even in a bad draw year.
What happens after I submit the intake quiz?
You can book a 30-minute call or tap to dial us right away. An advisor also reviews your plan and follows up within one business day with the tag paths worth applying for, the deadlines involved, and the state fees to expect.
Tell us the hunt. We'll handle the applications.
Ten minutes of intake now, and your season's paperwork is someone else's job.
